- develop their skills in assessing your firm's vulnerability to emergencies
- recognize appropriate countermeasures
- learn how to organize an emergency plan with key duties and responsibilities
- recognize and prioritize actions for emergency situations
- describe key procedures, duties and resources to consider in any emergency plan
- able to identify useful external resources
